Context
Context
Management needed a clear dashboard, but at the start there was no information about goals or scope.
Process
Process
Stakeholder interviews
Interviewed both stakeholders to set context and scope, then asked for requirements — resulting in a prioritised list of questions the dashboard had to answer.
Paper prototype
Sketched a paper prototype straight from the interviews to surface strengths and weaknesses early, and folded the feedback back into the design.
High-fidelity prototype
Designed the screens in Figma in a modern, dark style and included all changes from the paper test.
User testing
Tested intuitiveness and usability with the people who will work with the dashboard. No further changes were needed.
